Main MealsThe Main Meals in The Walker’s Diet can be eaten in the evening or at lunchtime according to your preference. The recipes are versatile and can be easily adapted to suit your taste or for whichever foods are available. A meat recipe may be equally good with chicken, beef or lamb. You can use fish other than the type suggested if you prefer. And of course you could add meat or fish to the vegetarian recipes. If you want to have a starter, choose one of the Light Meals that you think would go well before your main course. When entertaining, you may well want to offer a dessert. There’s nothing nicer than a platter of fresh fruit, cut or sliced for people to help themselves – peaches, melon, pineapple, an assortment of berries look and taste delicious. The recipes are suitable for all the family and can be followed if you are entertaining friends. Recipes are for two people so simply adjust the quantities for one or more people.
